Conditions of Accommodation

• Premises are to be left in the same condition as they are found on arrival please.
• THE BALANCE OF YOUR TARIFF is to be paid on arrival when keys are collected. We have full credit card facilities. Occupancy is based on the number of persons for the duration of the accommodation booked. Additional persons may be accommodated by arrangement only and are subject to an overnight fee. No visitors permitted after 9 pm please.
• DEPOSITS are required as follows - $200 initial deposit on weekly bookings whilst 50% of the total tariff is required 6 months prior to the period booked with the remainder payable on/or before arrival. CANCELLATIONS - the booking deposit is forfeited.
• ARRIVALS from 2 pm - 5 pm. DEPARTURES 9.30 am. During peak times.
• LINEN beds are made, pillows, blankets, doonas, towels, bath & kitchen mats, tea towels, oven gloves etc., are provided for your comfort.
• NOISE It would be appreciated if you would consider other guests around you. There is a 10:00 pm noise curfew as other people have often travelled a long distance to get here and very often have a long way to go the next day. Offensive language is not tolerated.
• SMOKING is strictly prohibited internally however balconies are acceptable. Ashtrays are provided and smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts from the balconies.
• CHILDREN are not to play on the stairs or be left unattended in apartments. Ball games and bike riding are not permitted within the building or common grounds at any time.
• REPAIRS, BREAKAGE or DAMAGE should be reported promptly so it can be rectified before the next guests check in.
• SECURITY Please ensure your apartment is locked when unattended, as there is no responsibility for loss of personal goods or possessions.
• THE PROPRIETORS reserve the right exclusively to terminate any tenancy in breach of any of the above conditions.
